Terms & conditions

1. Who these terms are with
These terms govern transport services provided by Paris GO Taxi. By making a booking you accept them.
2. Bookings
A booking request is not confirmed until we send a written confirmation by email. We require at least 4 hours' notice for online reservations; shorter notice may be possible by telephone but cannot be guaranteed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including the pickup address, flight number and party size. We cannot be held liable for a failed pickup caused by incorrect information.
3. Prices and payment
Quoted prices are per vehicle and include all taxes, tolls, parking and luggage. They are fixed at the time of booking and do not vary with traffic or route. Any night surcharge is displayed separately before you confirm.
Payment is due at the end of the journey, in cash or by card in the vehicle, unless invoicing has been agreed in advance. Additional services requested on the day — extra stops, waiting beyond the free allowance, changes of destination — are chargeable at the rates in clause 5.
4. Waiting time
We include 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time at airports, and 15 minutes at all other pickup points. Beyond that, waiting is charged at our published hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
5. Changes and cancellations
You may amend or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Inside 24 hours we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the fare, and for a no-show the full fare. No charge applies where a flight is cancelled by the airline.
We may cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances — severe weather, strike action, civil disruption or vehicle failure without a replacement available. In that case you receive a full refund of anything paid, and we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative.
6. Luggage
Luggage must be within the capacity stated for the vehicle you booked. If your party arrives with materially more luggage than declared and it cannot be carried safely, we may need to supply an additional vehicle at the applicable rate, or decline to carry the excess.
7. Passengers and conduct
Children under ten must travel in an approved restraint, which we supply free of charge when their ages are given at the time of booking. Smoking, vaping and open alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles. Drivers may end a journey where a passenger behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive or illegal, and no refund is due in that event.
8. Liability
We carry the passenger insurance required by French law. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, missed connections or lost earnings arising from traffic conditions, road closures or other events beyond our reasonable control. Please allow sensible margins for departure transfers.
9. Lost property
Items found in our vehicles are held for 30 days. We will return them at your cost, but we cannot accept liability for property left behind.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of Paris have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory French or EU law.
