Frequently asked questions
The things travellers ask us most, answered properly.
Booking & payment
No. Reservations are confirmed without any prepayment or card details. You settle with your driver at the end of the journey, in cash or by card in the vehicle. Company bookings can be invoiced instead.
Yes. The quote covers the whole vehicle, all taxes, motorway tolls, airport parking, luggage and waiting time. It does not change because of traffic, a longer route or a delayed flight. The only figure that can differ from your quote is one you add yourself — an extra stop requested on the day, for example.
We ask for at least 4 hours' notice online. For same-day or urgent transfers, call +33 1 99 00 00 00 and we will do our best.
Free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Inside 24 hours, contact us — we will always try to help, and there is no charge for a genuine flight cancellation.
At the airport
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, after you clear customs, holding a name board. We send the driver's name and mobile number the day before you travel, and they will also message you once you land.
We track every inbound flight against its live arrival time and move your pickup automatically. There is no charge for the delay, and you do not need to tell us — although a message is always welcome.
Sixty minutes free from your actual landing time at airports, and fifteen minutes at addresses, hotels and stations. That is normally more than enough for baggage and passport control.
Call the number on your confirmation. Someone answers 24 hours a day and will connect you directly. Never leave the terminal with anyone who approaches you — touting is illegal in French airports and those vehicles are usually uninsured for passengers.
Vehicles & luggage
Each vehicle lists its capacity in checked suitcases and cabin bags. As a guide, a sedan takes three large cases, a minivan six and a minibus sixteen. If in doubt, book the larger vehicle — the difference is small and a full boot is not.
Yes, free of charge, and fitted before we collect you. Tell us the ages of the children when you book so we bring the right type. French law requires an approved restraint for every child under ten.
Yes. Add it to the notes when booking so we assign a suitable vehicle. Folding wheelchairs are carried at no extra charge.
Yes. We operate under the licence required to carry paying passengers in France, our drivers hold the corresponding professional card, and the vehicles are inspected on the schedule the law sets. Ask us for our documentation at any time and we will send it.
Tours & groups
You get a vehicle and chauffeur for the day, with a suggested itinerary you can change as you go. Your driver is not a licensed guide and cannot guide inside monuments, but knows the routes, the timings and where to eat.
Yes. Our minibus seats sixteen, and for larger parties we run several vehicles in convoy so everyone arrives together. Send us the numbers and we will quote a fixed total.
We cover the whole of France, including Normandy, the Loire, Champagne, Reims, Lille, Brussels and the Alpine ski resorts. Long-distance journeys are quoted individually.
